When Ramadan meets European vacation

In 2014, the Islamic Ramadan formally starts. The Ramadan begins with the appearance of the new crescent and so as the end. The first day to meet the new moon, they can go to a vegetarian; when the new crescent moon appear next month, it is refers to the month of Ramadan goes to an end. But you should notice that different areas see the new moon in different time, so the different Islamic countries enter the Ramadan in different time. At the same time, as there are about 355 days in the Islamic calendar every year, it is 10 days more or less different with the Gregorian calendar.


1. The Islamic Ramadan


During the Ramadan, Mohammedans must fast and retreat. They can not eat and drink, smoke and even chew gum during the sunrise to the sunset. They even need to pray for five times a day. Besides, non-mohammedans also do not eat and drink in public places.


In 2014, the Ramadan begins from June 29th to July 28th, and its official beginning time should be judged according to the appearance of the moon. So it is no fixed time in the Gregorian calendar for the Ramadan. For Muslims, the Ramadan is a great month which represents happiness and dignity. The month of Ramadan is more experience than any month in the year. It is Allah's month.


The countries enter Ramadan from June 28th as follows:


The Muslim groups.in Yemen Turkey, America and some European countries (such as Russia and Italy).


The countries enter Ramadan from June 29th as follows:


Saudi Arabia (scheduled for June 29th to July 29th 2014), Egypt, the United Arab Emirates (scheduled for June 29th to July 28th 2014), Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, The Sultanate of Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq (Sunni), Palestine, Libya, Sultan, Mauritania, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Iran, Malaysia;


In many countries, Muslims pray and celebrate the coming of Ramadan in the mosque, pursuing the peace.


The United Arab Emirates has announced that the working time of government and relevant departments is revised from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.


2. The vocation in each European country:


In the meanwhile, the vacation of European countries also starts:


Germany: It is usually 4-5 weeks which is generally from July to September. They can day off in turns.


France: The last week in July till August, almost day off entirely.


Italy: From the beginning of August to the beginning of September.


Poland:From the beginning of July to the end of July.


Holland: From the beginning of July to the beginning of August.


Belgium: From the middle of July to the beginning of August.


Czechoslovak:From the beginning of July to the end of August. Usually day off in turns on 12th July to 8th August.  


Norway: From July to September day off in turns. Usually from July to September.


Spain: From the beginning of July to the beginning of August.


Portugal: From the middle of July to the end of July.


Switzerland: From the beginning of July to the end of July.


Demark: Usually finish day off at the end of July.


Hungary: From the beginning of July to the end of August.


Slovenia: From July 1st to September.


Greece: From the beginning of August to the end of August.


Romania: They have a month annual vacation holiday each year. They can choose a month to day off but most of them choose August to September in summer.


European countries will have a month holiday in this period, so the export enterprises which mainly co-operate with European customers are free in these one or two months.


To know all the countries' working hours and we can communicate with the customers at the appropriate time, timely understanding the dynamic and making the "off-season" becoming the "peak season" by some preparations and methods.
